The SuperCorona is an optional extension for the powder coating gun, enhancing surface quality during the powder coating process. The use of different powder types eliminates the "orange peel" effect, while structure powders minimize the "picture frame effect."
Equipped with the SuperCorona, the powder coating gun demonstrates impressive performance with excellent powder charging, high deposition rates, and enhanced penetration into Faraday cages. It allows for reducing the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece to 100 mm without compromising surface finish quality.
